We may use your registered personal information for the purpose of managing and announcing events. Information you have registered is kept strictly secure and will never be disclosed to third parties.
Only those who have submitted for and passed our preliminary review may apply to exhibit. We will send an application confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your application. Please review the e-mail carefully to confirm that the entry conditions and application fee amount are correct.

The Geisai Office will not become involved in any monetary transactions or problems associated with the sale of exhibited works. Please do so at your own risk.
In case the event is forced to call off due to force majeure, including but not limited to the spread of infectious diseases, natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons or heavy snowfall, or orders by the government, local authorities or venue management to call off the the event due to such circumstances, we will deduct the bank transfer charge from the total amount of the charges you have already paid for booth and extra orders (if any) and refund the rest.
